Dr. Chioma Masi Onoshakpor is an Assistant Professor (Lecturer) in Management and Entrepreneurship at Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University (RGU), Scotland, United Kingdom. A passionate academic researcher and social advocate, her career focuses on inclusive entrepreneurship, gender equity, and socioeconomic development, with specific expertise in exploring how systemic and patriarchal barriers impact women-led enterprises in underrepresented communities and the Global South. Her academic foundations are remarkably diverse; she originally graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Rivers State University, Nigeria, before pivoting her focus to international business and management. She later earned an MSc in Information Engineering with Network Management, an MSc in International Business, and a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, all from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen.
An exceptionally active scholar, Dr. Onoshakpor has published extensively in premier academic journals and collaborative book volumes, including the International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour & Research and the Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development.
